can be stated in the following manner: To ensure
proper and efficient care for all patients through quality

attentive services. Our patients require assistance and
care on an ongoing basis and it is imperative that our
physicians, staff and technicians provide them with the
services necessary to give them optimal health and well-being.
Therefore, our office has implemented operating policies
and procedures to aid in reaching that objective. Every
member of our Heath Care Team is effectively trained
to deal with various situations and understands that
there may be instances where policies and procedures
may interfere with the goal of optimal health care delivery.
Situations are evaluated on a case by case basis and
through diligent discussion with members of our Team,
including the office manager and physicians (leaders
